Provably Fair design
When a draw is created, CryptoChoco generates a hidden server seed and publishes its SHA-256 commitment. After entries close, the exact active ticket set is frozen and a ticket-snapshot SHA-256 hash is published.
The fairness cutoff is the later of the planned draw time and actual entry freeze. Winner selection then combines the committed server seed, the frozen ticket-set hash and a Bitcoin block hash obtained after that cutoff. After the draw, the server seed and verification data are revealed so the deterministic selection can be checked.
Public verification represents participants with privacy-safe owner references rather than exposing user IDs or usernames.
