CryptoChoco FAQ
Clear answers about the current CryptoChoco rewards platform, how earning and withdrawals work, and how the service differs from the older investment-oriented website previously hosted on this domain.
Is CryptoChoco an investment platform?
No. CryptoChoco is a rewards and online advertising platform. It does not offer deposit-based investments, fixed returns, staking interest or guaranteed profits.
How can I earn rewards?
Depending on current availability, users can complete offerwalls, PTC ads, shortlinks and other supported activities. Daily Missions can also unlock the Daily Bonus.
Are rewards guaranteed?
No. Rewards depend on valid completion, provider/platform rules, availability, fraud controls and any applicable validation or chargeback state.
How do withdrawals work?
Eligible user rewards can currently be submitted for outbound withdrawal through FaucetPay. The current minimums, currencies and account checks are shown in the logged-in withdrawal interface.
What does pending mean?
Some providers need time to validate an activity. A pending state is not the same as a paid or final reward; the provider can later confirm, reject or reverse the transaction under its rules.
Why can an offer be rejected or charged back?
A provider can reject or reverse activity that does not meet its requirements, including invalid, duplicate, manipulated or otherwise non-payable completions.
Are Choco Draw tickets sold?
No. Choco Draw tickets are free promotional entries. They cannot be purchased, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
How do I get a Choco Draw ticket?
Complete the required Daily Missions, unlock and claim the Daily Bonus, and if a Choco Draw entry window is accepting tickets, an eligible claim can issue up to one free ticket for that day.
Is Choco Draw provably fair?
The draw publishes a server-seed commitment and frozen ticket snapshot, then combines the revealed seed with external Bitcoin-block entropy. Public verification data allows the deterministic selection to be checked after the draw.
Where can I verify CryptoChoco payouts?
The public Payout History displays privacy-safe records from CryptoChoco withdrawals that reached paid status. Usernames are masked and raw wallet/email/provider payout identifiers are not published.
What happened to the older CryptoChoco domain history?
The cryptochoco.com domain came under new ownership in 2026. The current rewards platform is not affiliated with the previous investment-oriented service formerly hosted on the domain. The Ownership & History page explains this explicitly.
How do I contact support?
Use support@cryptochoco.com or the official Contact page. Never send passwords, API keys, 2FA codes or other secret credentials.
