How CryptoChoco processes information required to operate rewards, advertising, payments, support and anti-fraud controls.

Information processed
CryptoChoco may process account identifiers, authentication information, payout-related identifiers, balances, reward and advertising transaction records, campaign data, technical logs, IP/security signals, device/browser information and information supplied when contacting support.
Why information is used
Information is used to operate accounts, validate rewards, process eligible payments/withdrawals, deliver advertising, prevent fraud and duplicate credit, secure the service, resolve disputes, provide support and comply with applicable obligations.
Third parties
CryptoChoco may interact with third-party payment, advertising, offerwall, shortlink, analytics or infrastructure providers. Data is shared only as reasonably necessary for the relevant service, security/compliance purpose or where required by law. Third-party services have their own privacy practices.
Payment information
CryptoChoco does not need to store a user's payment-provider password. Payment verification records and transaction identifiers may be retained to prevent duplicate credits, handle support requests, accounting and fraud/compliance review.
Retention and security
Records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for platform operation, security, accounting, dispute handling and legal/compliance purposes. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to reduce unauthorized access and abuse.
